“The Cooking Class & Tasting was incredible! Chef Rob communicated frequently prior ot the class via Text (very helpful!!). Chef Rob was masterful and funny in teaching us about sauces, plating, paired adult beverages, and cutting skills. We received precise instructions in the relaxed, fun atmosphere of the Chef’s home. After all the prep, he served the three couples. It was a wonderful 5-Star afternoon! AND, we were fortunate to become friends with two couples from Montreal!!”

2.Montreal Cooking Class & Wine Tasting with Michelin Chef Robert

★★★★★★★★★★4.5 · 14 reviews · 3 hours (approx.) · from $229

Spend three hours with Michelin-trained Chef Robert at 704 Notre Dame West, learning knife work, sauces, plating, and kitchen habits. Then sit down to a three-course meal inspired by Montreal’s Caribbean, North Asian, Syrian, and Québécois cooking, with artisanal wine, beer, cider, or rare teas.

“Chef Rob was a warm, welcoming, excellent teacher. The level was perfect and the focus was on techniques and conceptual fundamentals that helped us understand how to be more efficient and more importantly more creative. Chef Rob taught more than the "how" he explained the "why." In the end we sat down and tasted the amazing complex flavors and luscious dishes he'd taught us to make. He also made some restaurant recommendations that were wonderful . . . . food, service, location. Couldn't not have been better. Thank you, Chef Rob!”
