“I was very disappointed in our time at the museum. The entrance tickets were timed and after several calls to the company I was unable to obtain a time when our tour would be there. When we arrived there were only cancellation tickets to be had. Only 1 of my party was able to obtain a ticket. I feel that Viator should offer tickets to it’s customers. We were also to have lunch in the cafe but the museum people said no unless we had tickets. Our bus driver was excellent and tried to accommodate us as best he could. The rest of the tour was great.”
